When our child-minder who had been with us for 5 years told us that she wanted to change career and move on, I thought how are we going to replace her?  She had looked after our children from the time they were very small and she had become part of our family. 

I made contact with Executive Nannies and must say that we found them to be understanding and friendly – yet completely professional and responsive.
