She is very confident especially about her experience with the children. There is a sense of fun about her that I just knew she would be happiest covered in paint, splashing in a pool or just being outdoors with the children. She is very firm in her beliefs of discipline and having a very open and communicative relationship with the parents. She exudes warmth and genuine compassion when she talks about the children that she cares for. I was not in the least bit surprised when I checked her references, that they were excellent and of the highest caliber.
