All and any business undertaken by Executive Nannies is transacted subject to the conditions hereinafter set out. Each of these terms will be incorporated and implied between Executive Nannies and its clients. No variations to the terms of business, either expressed or implied, may be made without the written permission of the company director. - These terms are legally binding so please read them carefully before Registering
- These terms and conditions of business are between Executive Nannies and the client/employer, and deemed to be acceptable by the client:
- by virtue of Registration with the company online
- by clients signature on company’s contract of engagement
UNDER OUR TERMS OF BUSINESS THE CLIENT AGREES: - That the EUR100 registration fee is for us to conduct a search only and accepts that it is completely non-refundable.
- To notify Executive Nannies immediately if an offer of engagement has been made, and to provide details of the Gross Salary/Remuneration package to the agency who act as an intermediary between the client and candidate.
- That the Gross salary will be fully compliant with the Revenue’s Social Welfare Consolidated Act 1993. Any round sum expenses, which will be paid to an employee in addition to the basic salary, must be treated as pay and taxed accordingly.
- The fee payable to the company by the client for the introduction and engagement of a candidate is calculated on the annual commencing Gross Salary payable to the candidate, by the client as set out in the Agency Fees. All placement fees quoted are in euro and are exclusive of VAT. All placements within the EU are liable to VAT at 21.5%. The VAT rate is subject to change and will be charged in accordance to the rate applicable.
- That all invoices must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date and before the candidate commences employment, failure to do so may result in the employment offer being cancelled. In the case of an emergency position, where an offer of engagement has been made and the candidate is required to commence immediate employment, the Client needs to secure this engagement by paying the Agency fee.
- That detail provided by the company to the clients in reference to an applicant's introduction is strictly confidential. Details must never be passed onto any third party. Any breach of this condition which results in the employment of an Executive Nannies applicant by a third party renders the Client liable for full payment of the company's introduction fee.
- That Executive Nannies reserves the right to charge any costs, including legal expenses incurred by the Agency in debt recovery on any overdue accounts.
