By law, an employer is required to keep records of PAYE/PRSI contributions for any permanent employee on their behalf. In addition to this regular PAYE/PRSI, contributions must be paid and an accurate annual account maintained. Many people are inexperienced at completing this type of accounting and worry about the fines and back taxes that may occur if incorrect paperwork is submitted.

Executive Nannies Payroll is a service that will take on the responsibilities of completing the various tax forms and calculations required when you employ a nanny. This service will ensure you that may be confident and relaxed that all normal matters relating to the Revenue Commissioners are being dealt with in an accurate and legitimate manner.

 
The Service We Provide:  
  • Register you as an employer
  • Issue employee payslips showing breakdown of salary and contributions
  • Deduct PAYE and the employee’s share of PRSI
  • Maintain PAYE/PRSI records
  • Forward to you a monthly return of Form P30 for submission with your cheque to the Revenue Commissioners
  • Submit yearly returns on Forms P35 and P35L to the Collector General at the end of the tax year (before 30th April)
  • Give to your employee working on 5 April each year, a completed form P60 showing details of earnings and deductions for the income tax year ended on that date
  • Process and Issue Form P45 whenever an employee leaves or joins your employment
