Privacy and Disclosure
The data you provide to us on the Families section of this website is used by us to make contact with you and to provide you with a professional childcare recruitment service. The personal data you provide us with will be made available to suitable candidates for the purpose of potential employment only. If you have consented to us contacting a prior employee for the purposes of providing a reference for your family, then we will supply them with only such data as allows them to identify you personally in order to supply such a reference (name and address). If you have consented to us publishing your testimonial on this website, we will only publish what you send us, which may include your name if you supply it in the body of your testimonial.
If at any time you wish to remove, correct or update any personal data we hold, including the display of your testimonial, please contact us using the information supplied at the end of this Privacy Statement.
Your personal data is handled by data processing companies that we employ, such as credit card processors to handle payments and our web host who assists in the transmission of data. These companies are not allowed to use your personal data except for the purposes described and we take responsibility for information shared this way.

1. Data collected using Registration Forms for Families
Should you choose to fill out one of our Family Registration forms available on the Family section of this website, then you will be providing us with Personal Data. The minimum personal data we ask for online are your contact details (name, address, emails and contact numbers of at least 1 parent). This will allow us to make contact with you to initiate the recruitment service as requested by you.
You can also, via the online Family Registration forms, provide us with details about your family and various specifics regarding your requirements in the recruitment of a childcare professional. We ask for this data in order to match your requirements with the most appropriate childcare professional. If you are concerned about providing your personal data, or aspects of it, over public, unencrypted forms of transmission (eg telephone, internet, email), you are most welcome to download a printable form from the website (or ring us, and we will send you one in the post). Along with your personal data, we also collect your IP address and the date and time the online registration form was sent. This is for security reasons.
2. Other Personal Data collected
Should you choose to contact us either through the Contact Form, or by emailing us using an email address made available on this website, then you will have consented to us having your email address and whatever other personal data you choose to provide for the purposes of our communicating with you.
Erasure
Any personal data that we hold is routinely deleted once you cease to be a client of Executive Nannies, or when the purpose for which we hold personal data about you (eg communication, billing) ceases to exist.
