Travel Expenses

When interviews are held outside Dublin, clients should expect to contribute towards the travel expenses of candidates to interviews.

Booking a Maternity Nurse
The recruiting process for both nannies and maternity nurses is practically the same with the exception of the time before the start date and the length of contract. If during the course of a booking a client wishes to extend the engagement, the agency must be informed immediately. As many of our maternity nurses are booked for months in advance, early bookings are advised i.e. when the expectant mother is 3 – 4 months pregnant in order to allow sufficient time for interviewing and to avoid disappointment. We do have a number of nurses who provide emergency cover.

Overseas Clients

In the case of overseas clients where the client can not visit Ireland to interview in person, Executive Nannies will assist in arranging telephone interviews and/or travelling requirements for candidate interviews. All immigration formalities are the responsibility of the client.
