Nanny/Family Assistant

A warm and active family in Newport Beach is seeking a fun, engaging, and highly organized nanny to care for their two young boys, ages 3 and 6. Both children are energetic, imaginative, and involved in various after-school activities. The family is looking for someone who can balance active play, structured activities, and family assistance while demonstrating strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or working toward one) in Child Development preferred

• 3+ years of nanny experience

• Strong driving record and reliable vehicle for transporting children

• Willingness to commit long-term

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving, and engaging care for two active boys

• Ensure a safe, structured, and stimulating environment while fostering creativity

• Serve as a proactive problem-solver and reliable support to parents

• Manage and maintain the children’s daily schedule, including school pickups and extracurricular activities

• Plan fun outings (e.g., parks, museums, bike rides) for non-school days

• Anticipate family needs, including tidying up, children’s laundry, and tracking school assignments and due dates

• Assist with meal/snack prep and proactively notify parents when groceries or household essentials are running low or occasionally run small household errands
