A busy Newport Beach family seeks a dependable Housekeeper/Cook/Family Assistant to keep the home clean and organized, prepare fresh family meals, and support the flow of a busy household with active teenagers.

The family values consistency, professionalism, and long-term relationships. Their remote household manager and their part-time nanny/family assistant have both been part of the team for years. They hope to find another long-term, trusted individual who brings care, calm and initiative to the home.

This hands-on hybrid role blends organization, family support, housekeeping, and cooking. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in creating a well-run, welcoming household. While not primarily a childcare position, the role includes being a friendly, dependable go-to resource for the kids, including helping with rides, projects, and household support.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in housekeeping, cooking, and/or family support roles

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to manage household errands and organization

• Strong communication and professionalism

• Pet-friendly and comfortable supporting teenagers

Responsibilities:

• Keep home clean, organized, and running smoothly

• Prepare and serve family-style meals 3 days per week + light meal prep

• Assist with grocery shopping, errands, and household tasks

• Support teenagers with local transportation (family car provided)

• Maintain laundry, linens, and general tidiness
